What we collect, and what we don't.
Short version: if you send us a brief or book a call, we keep what you told us so we can reply to you. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list, and you can have it deleted by asking.

Who we are
Elarion Software is an offering of Next Number Global Consulting Inc., a company incorporated in Canada. For anything on this page, contact zied.youssfi@nextnumberglobal.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. The contents of the project brief form or an email: your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your business and your project.
- Booking details. If you book a call, you do that on Calendly's own site, and Calendly collects the name, email address and any note you give it in order to hold the appointment. We see the resulting booking.
- Standard server logs. Our host records the usual request data — IP address, time, page requested, browser — for security and reliability. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
That is the whole list. There is no account to create, no payment details taken here, no advertising network, no tracking pixel, and no analytics product running on this site today. If that changes, this page changes first.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. Nothing you send through this site is used for advertising, and it is never sold or shared with anyone outside the people working on your enquiry.
Your consent
The brief form asks for consent explicitly and the box is not pre-ticked. Consent to be contacted about your enquiry is separate from any consent to marketing — and at present we send no marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
How long we keep it
A brief arrives as an email and stays in our mailbox — there is no database behind this site holding it. Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted after24 months. Records connected to an actual engagement are kept for as long as business and tax record-keeping obligations require, and then deleted. Server logs are kept only as long as our host retains them.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email zied.youssfi@nextnumberglobal.com and we will act on it within 30 days. This applies under Canada's federal privacy law (PIPEDA) and, where it applies to you, Quebec's Law 25 — we have built to the stricter of the two rather than working out which one covers you.
Who else handles it
Two companies, and only because the site cannot work without them:
- Vercel — hosts this site and runs the code that receives your brief. It holds standard server logs.
- Resend — delivers your brief to us and the confirmation back to you. It handles the contents of that email in transit.
- Calendly — takes the booking if you choose to schedule a call, on its own site under its own privacy terms.
That is the complete list. No analytics provider, no advertising network, no customer-data platform. Should we add one, it will be named here before it goes live.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. It ships no client-side JavaScript, runs no analytics and carries nothing that tracks you between visits — which is also why there is no cookie banner asking you to accept anything. Booking is a link out to Calendly rather than an embedded widget, deliberately: whatever Calendly sets, it sets on its own site, once you choose to go there.
